Shipping Policy
SBC apparel and gear are sold for in-gym pickup at 1708 Hayes Drive, Manhattan, KS. We do not ship at this time. To arrange pickup outside member hours, text us at (785) 477-2710.
Refund Policy
Memberships carry a three month minimum commitment; student memberships are month to month. After the minimum, cancel any time before your next billing date and the next charge will not be processed. Pro-rated refunds are not issued for the current month. Unworn apparel can be exchanged in-gym within 14 days.
Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to operate the gym and contact you about your membership: name, email, phone, payment method, and access logs. We do not sell your data. Member management and billing run on GymMaster.
Cookies and tracking. We use cookies and similar technology to see how visitors use the site, so we can make it better. Analytics runs on Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Clarity shows us where people click and scroll, and records how visitors move through pages. Anything you type into a form is hidden from those recordings and is never sent to Clarity. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to build a profile of you anywhere else.

Your choices. None of this runs until you accept. On your first visit you can accept or reject using the banner, and you can change or withdraw your choice any time through Cookie preferences in the footer. If you withdraw, Clarity deletes its cookies and stops recording.
Signing up and member login. Our signup, tour booking and member login are provided by GymMaster and run on their system. GymMaster runs its own analytics there as part of the signup process, separate from the choice you make on this site.

Terms of Service
Membership at SBC MHK is granted to the named individual only. Member fobs are not transferable. Misuse, sharing access, or unsafe behavior is grounds for termination without refund. Use of the facility is at your own risk. By signing up you affirm you are physically fit to train and you assume responsibility for your training decisions.
